In order to verify proper use of this site and proper membership in the program in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations, we will need to collect your child’s age prior to permitting use of the site. GHC may utilize social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram to promote and provide access to portions of the services included in membership in the program. GHC is not affiliated with any social media platform and cannot guarantee privacy of your information on any social media platform. All terms and conditions of social media platforms are their own and are in no way connected to GHC If your child is under the age of thirteen, your child will not be permitted to create a Facebook or Instagram account and any participation in the program through social media programs shall be strictly limited to participation, sharing, and engaging solely by the parent or legal guardian. Your participation in social media platforms in connection with the Courage Club is completely voluntary and you understand and agree that GHC is not responsible for any information you chose to share on a third party social media platform.


We will not require your child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity. Parents may review your child’s personal information, direct GHC to delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of your child’s information. Parents can agree to the collection and use of their child’s information, but still not allow disclosure to third parties unless it is in connection with the child’s use of the membership service.


If at any time you do not wish to receive offers and emails from us, we ask that you tell us. You may remove your name from our mailing list by sending us an email addressed to givehercourage@gmail.com and indicating in the subject line “Opt-Out of Future Use”
